I've searched all over for the perfect accessory to cupcake's room.... a coat rack that resembles a tree! Every little girl needs something whimsical to enjoy, but I wasn't willing to spend a large amount of money on it. I was shocked at how much the coat racks I liked cost! A few months ago, my mom and I were garage saling and she found a small coat rack that was hideous! The previous owners were giving it away, so she picked it up and carried it to my car. I almost threw a fit that she was taking it back to my house, but she insisted and thought it was funny!

After much convincing, I realized it is the perfect size for cupcake so it's been sitting in her room as ugly as ever. A lightbulb went off in my head and I decided to make it look like a tree! Check out the progress below...




I must say that I'm proud of how it turned out. And the only cost was for the paint... what is better than that? Even Mr. Koala enjoys it!
